
A weight problem have affected and is increasingly affecting the entire world population and not only adults, it is clearly invading children’s life. It is evident that nowadays people is exercising less and eating more unhealthy food such as burgers, hot dogs, high calorie beverages and snacks.
It is important to mention that it is very risky or is no healthy to lose weight in a short amount of time, since it is most likely to make us go back to the old habits and gaining weight again as fast as it was initially lost.
Losing weight requires physical and mental preparation since this is not one day thing, this is a life style change needed. There must be a balance on the height and weight and also the calories we take and the ones we burn which have to be more than the ones we consume. Weight has also to be equilibrated with height.
